• 1. PROMOTION PERIOD
  1.1. The promotion commences at 12:00am on Thursday 20 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Saturday 22 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  
  1.2. The promotion is available exclusively through participating Essendon Fields dealerships:
  Essendon Mazda
  Essendon Isuzu UTE
  Essendon MG
  Omoda Jaecoo Essendon
  Essendon XPENG
  Carco
  
  1.3. The promotion is not available outside the Promotion Period.
• 2. ELIGIBILITY
  2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase an eligible vehicle from a participating dealership during the Promotion Period.
  
  2.2. Employees of the Promoter, participating dealerships, their associated companies, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  
  2.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request proof of identity, age, residency or purchase.
• 3. HOW TO ENTER
  3.1. To automatically receive one entry into the competition, an eligible entrant must:
  a) Purchase an eligible vehicle from one of the participating dealerships during the Promotion Period; and
  b) Complete and deliver the vehicle purchase by Monday 31 August 2026.
  
  3.2. The vehicle must be purchased during the Promotion Period. Vehicles purchased before 20 August 2026 or after 22 August 2026 are not eligible.
  
  3.3. The vehicle must be delivered to the purchaser by 31 August 2026 to qualify for entry.
  
  3.4. If a vehicle is purchased during the Promotion Period but is not delivered by 31 August 2026, the purchaser will not be eligible to enter the draw, unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.
  
  3.5. Each eligible vehicle purchase constitutes one entry into the competition.
  
  3.6. Multiple vehicle purchases may result in multiple entries, provided that each purchase independently satisfies all eligibility requirements.
  
  3.7. A purchase that is subsequently cancelled, rescinded, refunded or otherwise not completed will not qualify as an eligible entry.
  
  3.8. For clarity, an eligible vehicle must be purchased during the Promotion Period and delivered to the purchaser by 31 August 2026 for the entry to qualify.
• 4. THE PRIZE
  4.1. One eligible entrant will win a cash prize of $10,000 AUD.
  
  4.2. The total prize pool is valued at $10,000 AUD.
  
  4.3. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for another prize, product, vehicle, credit or service.
  
  4.4. The prize will be paid to the winning entrant by a method determined by the Promoter.
  
  4.5. The winner is responsible for any tax implications associated with receiving the prize and should seek independent tax advice if required.
• 5. DRAW
  5.1. The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries that satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
  
  5.2. The draw will take place on:
  Date: Friday 4 September 2026
  Time: 2:00pm
  Location: Essendon Fields, Victoria
  
  5.3. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or an authorised representative of the Promoter.
  
  5.4. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
  
  5.5. The Promoter may publish the winner’s name, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  
  5.6. If the selected entrant is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, or cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, the Promoter may conduct a redraw to select a replacement winner, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
  
  5.7. The redraw process will continue until a valid winner is determined, where permitted by applicable law.
• 6. PROOF OF PURCHASE
  6.1. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence that an entrant purchased and took delivery of an eligible vehicle during the required period.
  
  6.2. Acceptable evidence may include a vehicle purchase agreement, invoice, delivery documentation or other documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter.
  
  6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entry and disqualify an entrant where the Promoter reasonably believes that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions or provided false or misleading information.
• 7. DISQUALIFICATION
  7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
  a) Does not satisfy the eligibility requirements;
  b) Provides false, inaccurate or misleading information;
  c) Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the competition or entry process;
  d) Breaches these Terms and Conditions; or
  e) Engages in fraudulent, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate conduct in connection with the promotion.
  
  7.2. The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and the administration of the promotion is final, subject to applicable Australian consumer and competition laws.
• 8. VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY
  8.1. Unless otherwise specified by the Promoter, eligible vehicles include new and/or demonstrator vehicles purchased from a participating dealership during the Promotion Period.
  
  8.2. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude particular vehicles, vehicle types, fleet purchases or other transactions from the promotion. Any exclusions will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• 9. PROMOTION ACTIVITIES
  9.1. Games, activities, catering and other promotional activities taking place at participating dealerships during the 3 Day Sale are subject to availability.
  
  9.2. Some activities may have separate age, participation or safety requirements.
  
  9.3. Participation in any games or activities is not required to enter the $10,000 competition.
• 10. PRIVACY
  10.1. By participating in the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner and conducting promotional and marketing activities where permitted by law and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
  
  10.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable privacy policy and Australian privacy laws.
• 11. GENERAL
  11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  
  11.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, delay or failure arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  
  11.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law.
  
  11.4. By purchasing an eligible vehicle during the Promotion Period, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
